Personalization option not available, greyed out?

I would like to do an automated personalization in my email, when I go to perform it, the option is greyed out. Any ideas why? Screencap: https://imgur.com/a/qr4Bd

Do you have any text selected?   If you have any selected, it won't allow you to insert personalization.  

Otherwise you may try clearing you cache and cookies and restarting your browser.   If those don't work, let us know and we'll take a look!

Well I feel pretty stupid right about now. I thought you had to select text to swap it out. All fixed now. Thank you Grey!
