I'm using a template based on the Toronto template and the responsive phone view is not rendering properly, even though the phone view in your preview appears normal. Please investigate ASAP.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. The Emma offices are closed for the holiday weekend, but I saw your email here and thought you may want some assistance prior to Monday. It looks like what you're encountering is a bug our developers have recently been alerted to and are working on a fix. The bug affects the mobile optimization for certain templates when sent as a test, not when sent via 'review and send.'

I took a look at your campaign and sent myself two emails, one as a test, and the second as a mailing. The test I sent myself looks like the screenshot you've provided. The second email (the one I sent with review and send) looks like it does when you view the mobile version in preview mode:

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and when our developers have fixed the issue, I will be sure to let you know. You can send your campaign out - the test in mobile view will look off, but it will not look that way when sent via 'review and send.'

Template not Responsive in Mobile.

Hi! I'm using the Toronto-Newsletter template to send out a Holiday newsletter for my organization. I believe that the template is designed to be responsive, but the test emails do not show our social media icons at all, and our contact information changes to each character of text stacked in its own row vertically, and all the methods of contact are pushed to the right side of the footer. We have not had this problem with the same template previously, and I did not change anything in that section of the newsletter. I thought perhaps table tags were missing, but I can't figure out how to access the code for that section of the template. I'd appreciate any help.
