We're performing memory upgrades along with other maintenance Saturday, Jan. 24, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Central.

We expect intermittent account outages during this window, and you may find that your account is inaccessible for about 30 minutes as we bring the databases down to add additional memory. Each database will be stopped, have memory upgraded and be restarted, which will take about 30 minutes per system.

What does this mean for you?:
  • All mailings will be delayed during this window.
  • Scheduled mailings will be sent as close to their scheduled time as possible.
  • Mailing response data may be delayed during this window.
  • Online versions of emails and signup forms will not work while each database is down for accounts on that database.

Good morning! I want to give this thread a bump to remind you that this work begins in half an hour. Please take a look at the bulleted list above to understand how the outage will affect your work.

Happy Saturday! I have received word from our team that this maintenance is in process and did begin on time at 8:00am. We will post an update here once this work is complete.

UPDATE: A significant amount of our maintenance for today is complete! All customers should now have access to their account and the ability to work (import audience list, create campaigns, etc.) without interruption.

Additional maintenance is still being performed. This continued maintenance will cause short delays in send processing and response data processing. I will provide an update here once that work is complete.

UPDATE: Our maintenance for this morning is all but complete. Since the last update, there has been no actual interruption in service but we have been working through some database updates. During those updates, data processing may have been delayed for some users. Those processes are completing as I type and any response metric or audience count delays should be resolved within the next 30 minutes.

No action is needed from customers as all processes will complete in your accounts automatically.
