We will be performing system maintenance during a two hour window this weekend. This work will begin at 11:00pm US Central on Friday, November 6 and will be complete by 1:00am US Central on Saturday, November 7. Users should expect intermittent system access during this two hour window. Any mailings sending or scheduled to send during that time will be paused and automatically restarted once the work is complete. There will be no action necessary by Emma users.

This work is a minor change to how data is stored behind the scenes in Emma's database system. Users will notice no change in the short term but our actions this weekend are necessary for us to continue working towards future user-facing improvements to Emma.

Our scheduled maintenance will be starting shortly. I will provide an update here once today's maintenance is complete.

The primary efforts planned for today's maintenance are now complete and functionality of Emma is as we would expect.

Our development team is researching and buttoning up one remaining by-product of our updates. At present, users may experience an error message when attempting to access the 'Sent' tab within the Campaigns page of their account. To be clear, this does not limit the ability to send mailings. Our team is working quickly to resolve this limitation.

I will provide an update here once that work is complete.

As mentioned above, there was a lingering issue after today's maintenance. Specifically if a user attempted to access the list of sent mailings on the Campaigns page in their account, they would encounter an error screen. That has now been resolved.

Some additional cleanup is still taking place related to a navigation error between that screen and the option to jump to a sent mailings response. Our team is working to correct that at this time.

All primary functionality within Emma is restored and most users will not encounter the limitation listed above. To reiterate, the lingering issue is solely related to a navigational shortcut as there are other ways to access that desired response data.

I will provide an update here as we continue to make progress.

All work related to today's maintenance is now complete. Primary application functionality was restored within the planned maintenance window of two hours.

There was some remaining cleanup work needed (as listed in the previous post) and that work has now been finished.
