Polite gripes about "Follow" block

I'm a little frustrated by the social media "Follow" block. I thought I'd share my frustrations here, and maybe if enough others agree Emma will address it.

First, Emma doesn't remember the settings, and you can't copy and paste from one campaign to another. This means setting up from scratch every time. Emma recommends creating a template, but that's a klutzy workaround, especially since we're still experimenting with designs and will probably have more than one standard design when all settles out. Why can't this just be a preference?

Second, every time I open a campaign that includes a Follow box to edit/tweak, it presents this dialog box, I suppose because some values are missing.

But we don't have Pinterest, Instagram or GooglePlus. Why is it constantly nagging me for info that doesn't exist?

This is my first post here. I'm sorry it's a complaint. I promise I'm not a chronic complainer. But this just doesn't seem very user-friendly to me.

Thank you.

Hi there!

Thanks so much for the feedback!  We do appreciate hearing from folks about improvements we can make to Emma.  She's a living, breathing thing that goes through constant changes.

I know we have a feature request in to our developers specifically for allowing saving "default" info into the follow block.  I'll go ahead and add you in to that request.

We also have a request in for the creation of default blocks or blocks that can be copied from campaign to campaign.  I'll add you in there too!

Bring on all the ideas you have!  We love to hear how we can make things better for you... and it does help when the requests are as polite as yours :)
