I’m Grey Stepp, Support Lead here at Emma. I’m reaching out to let you know of a change to our Community.

On 05/29/2018, we are disabling the ability to post questions and responses in Emma Community. All of the pages, content, entries, and responses will continue to be accessible; the only difference being that commenting and posting will be turned off.


We’ve recently added a new form on our Support Hub that makes it easier to find the answers you need and to get in touch with the Emma support team. You can access the Support Hub here.

If you still have a question that is pending here in community, the support team will still respond in the topic or via email to make sure we get your question answered.

As for the future of Emma Community, we are keeping the current data live while we work out the best way to re-home our most helpful info in the  Support Hub. Questions and answers will continue to be searchable, and once we have completed the move, we will sunset Emma Community entirely.

Thank you all so much for being a part of the Emma Community and taking the time to post your questions and help answer others. We are excited about this new move and know that it will be a better experience overall for everyone.
