Primary Contact "Not Defined", they Have Accepted the Invite

I am an Agency, creating a new account for a Client, EHMS.  They accepted the email invite and now show on the Team Page as having "Full" permissions and having accepted the invite as of today 5/23.

There are no options on the page to make them the Primary Contact.  There is a flag at the top saying No Primary Contact has been defined.  On the Account Settings page, it says I can't generate API keys without a primary contact, and links to the Team Settings page (where there's no option to make the person who accepted the invite the Primary Contact).

The site is just sending me around in a circle and not giving any controls or options to do what it says I must do.  I have a client meeting this afternoon and a big part of the agenda is to show them around their new Emma account.

Hi there!  It looks like you were able to chat with Phillip about this yesterday.  Just to be sure, I checked and it does look like the primary username for that new sub has been set.

Let me know if you still have any questions!
