Private conversations (shhh ... it’s a secret.)

You can select to make a conversation you’re creating private so that only you and the Emma Support Team can see it, hiding it from other users in the community.

The best use for this feature is if you have a specific billing inquiry or need to share sensitive information, like a contact’s email address. We don’t recommend creating a private conversation to request a new feature, for example, since other community members won’t be able to see or vote for it.

While there’s a huge benefit to posting publicly – you’re helping all those others quietly biting their nails over the same issue – we’re happy to help in a private conversation, so ask away! Just keep in mind that since you’re only reaching the Emma team, response time may be slower, since your comrades aren’t able to pitch in. :)
