Problem adding individual to existing list

I was training an employee how to use Emma and we ran into a weird problem when we tried to add her email address to a new list we'd just created:

We filled out the form, selected the list to add her to and clicked "Save." The screen refreshed, but when we navigated to "Audience" to look at the list, she hadn't been added. We went back and did it again and had to click "Save" twice more to finally make her show up in in the list.

Is this normal? I'd not observed this happening before. She was a recipient on one other list in the account and was using Chrome as her browser. Thanks.

Hi there,

The behavior that you are describing is a symptom of having a full browser cache. The app not saving changes is one of the things that I look that tells me it is time to clear my own cache.
