Problem deleting an email

I tried all weekend to delete an email I had scheduled for 6 am this morning. After numerous tries, I was not able to do so because of some problem on My Emma. Both emails were scheduled at 6 and 6:30 this morning, and are listed as sent, but I haven't received them as of now. So what gives? My organization is not looking ery professional . . . and that concerns me.

Hi there -- Thanks for reaching out on this, and I'm sorry for the confusion.

We're seeing these errors when attempting to cancel scheduled mailings. In most cases, despite the error, those scheduled mailings are being successfully canceled in our system but are still displaying on either the Sent or Scheduled tab in the application. I can confirm that your 2 scheduled mailings were indeed canceled in our system and did not send. So, you're safe to copy those mailings from the Sent tab and reschedule them if needed.

Our systems team is working now to identify and resolve the issue, and I'll be sure to update you here when I hear that this issue is resolved.

Hi again -- Just letting you know here that this issue is now resolved!

Our developers released some work this afternoon that resolved this issue. You won’t see that error when canceling any mailings that are scheduled after this release. Any mailing that was canceled with an error but still remains on the Scheduled tab will move off of the Scheduled tab after the original scheduled time for that mailing passes.

You'll still see the error when canceling a mailing that was scheduled before this work when out. If you run into that again, just give us a call or comment here and we'll confirm it for you. Thanks!
