Hi team, 

Discovered a problem this morning -- across at least three, and presumably all, of our agency subaccounts -- when I go to create a new mailing, the template choosing functions are all broken, and I can't proceed with creating a mailing.

See attached screen shot.

Looks like this has worked itself out (or you put in a quick fix); in either case, it seems to be working for me now!

We had a release that caused what you were seeing. They were able to find it and fix it quickly!

Same here, also an agency account. Is Emma pushing multiple releases today? I'm having quite a few issues in my account.

Hey there -- Just one release, that has initiated a variety of display issues in the application. Never our desired outcome! We're working to resolve these issues and are weighing the impact of reversing the release. 

In the meantime, a hard refresh or clearing cache and cookies in your browser should resolve the wonky display. Please let me know here if that doesn't do the trick, and thank you for your patience!

That has not done the trick for me. I've tried clearing and refreshing and restarting to no avail. I can't edit images in our templates, and my phone call to support timed out and hung up on me.

Hi DCPS -- The image editing issue does seem to be related, we're discussing that here. As we speak, we are rolling back the release that caused these issues and will report back here on the impact.
