I deleted a my email during a testing phase and when I tried to subscribe to my newsletter I received the following: Your request could not be completed. At some point, your email address was removed from this list. Please contact the sender directly to request re-admission or changes to your email preferences.

Hi!  Anytime you delete something from your account, you can recover it from your account’s “deleted items.”  Look for the account settings button at the upper right, then select “deleted items.”  You can find a full tutorial here in our help section.  I hope this helps!
