Is it possible to rearrange the columns when viewing members in a group or search list?  I know how to add/remove columns, but I'd like to be able to move them left to right.

Hi!  I’m sorry, but it’s not possible to rearrange those columns.  Would you mind telling me a little more about why that’s a feature you’re looking for?  We’d love to have the feedback!

HI, I was just on with Emma tech support and he did change my column order which I'm unhappy about.  I called back within 5 minutes and he had left.  My columns were first name, last name, email and date added.  He switched it so the email is first.  I want the first name in alphabetical like it was.  Can you help?  Ugh Ugh! Thanks

Hi Tressana! I’m sorry to hear that you’re unhappy. I’ve actually never seen an audience group where the email isn’t listed first. Do you remember who you spoke with? And is there any chance you have a screenshot of what that setup looked like?

I would like this feature too.  Currently the Last Name and First Name fields are separated by the Affiliation field.  It would be useful to be able to reorder the columns to display the Last Name and First Name columns next to each other.

Thanks for these details! We’re talking to our product teams about this to learn their plans. Keep the great ideas coming, and we’ll post more here soon!

Thanks for the feedback on this feature and how it would be useful. Rearranging columns for an audience group or search is not currently planned on the roadmap. We'll keep it in mind as we move forward, and if others voice similar interest in this refinement, we might adjust our plans. Thanks!

I know this an old thread, but I am also interested in changing the order that columns of contact information is displayed in Emma.  In my Excel file Contacts are listed in this order : Firstname, LastName, Company, Email.  But when I import them they are displayed in Emma in this order: Email, FirstName, Company, LastName.  It is difficult to sort through the contacts with the first and last names separated like that.  I have looked through the available settings on the page and I don't see any way to change the order of the columns.  When I set the Excel field to Emma column mapping it showed it in the order of the Excel file so I was expecting it to display in that order in Emma.  Thanks for your help - Bob

Hi Bob -- Thanks for sharing! We're doing some behind the scenes work right now to make features like this more feasible in the Audience. I'll report back early next quarter with an update for you!

I'd like to add my vote for this, too.  It's annoying not to be able to have first name and last name next to each other. Thanks for considering it!

Dear Emma,
We too would like to be able to arrange the order of columns on the Audience displays. One problem: for some contacts, the email address overlaps with the the next field. (Yes! We display a lot of fields on our Audience displays!) In the past, we were able to get around this problem by defining a "filler" field that we did not use; somehow we got lucky and the "filler" field appeared immediately after the email address... so no data was obscured. But that is no longer the case, and we are unhappy.
Please help us. Thank you!
