Hi there,

Thanks for writing!

I took a look at your account and found that you were recently working on a mailing called “test”. I clicked to Review and Send, and only received one proofing error:

The Campaign Proofing error here states that you have 77.01K worth of text, and advises you to reduce the amount of text content to lower the file size in line with our delivery best practices.

When you click review and send, a box pops up that says “We’re proofing your email for common issues. We’re checking for things like broken links, problems with personalization tags, and the likelihood your email might get filtered to spam.”

Sometimes Emma's proofer find issues, and if so, it will read “We found a few issues you might want to review before sending”. You can click Review and fix issues, or you can click Send anyway.

When I tested this campaign, and the proofer finished, I did not get a notice that the email was too wide. Instead, I got the text alert above. This might be because you’ve already fixed any issues with the template.

Hopefully that helps with the proofing error. If you’re still having trouble with this campaign, please let us know how it is displaying. I know you mentioned that the test email didn't look the way you wanted - can you please provide some more details about how you expected it to appear, and how it did appear? Screenshots are great!

Many thanks,

Adrienne
