Using FireFox, a list of 4498 contacts was sent an email on 9/12 at 3:46 p.m. - the email seemed to be delayed upon sending by about 15 minutes. In the response section, the response summary is showing that it was sent to 4,502 recipients, but there were only 4,498 contacts in the list. Calls have been received that the email was not delivered to them. There was only one error in the send list. Was there an issue that day with sending? What is the normal delay time between hitting the send button and is actually being sent. Is there someplace else in Outlook that the email may have gone to instead of the In box? Any help would be appreciated.
