Our Product Team released some automation work this morning as well as work that resolved a few pesky bugs you might have run into in your account. Happy Friday!

+ New and improved
  • Automation will now allow users to create triggers based on contacts clicking on a specific link in any eligible mailing. Right now, for example, if I have a mailing with both an image and button linked here, I have to set up a workflow to automate a mailing based on you clicking either the button or image, specifically. After this release, I'll be able to set up a workflow to automate a mailing that triggers based on contacts clicking on a specific link in any eligible mailing, regardless of the mailing in which they click.
  • Check out our resources for more on what mailings are eligible for link click triggers.
  • NOTE: If you click multiple times, you'll only be entered into the workflow once.

+ Bugs Fixed
  • If you typically jump to your mailing response from the Campaigns page, you might have seen an oops error viewing split test responses that way. While that data was still accessible from the Response page, we knew this bug was interrupting some users’ workflows. This is bug is now resolved.
  • We fixed an issue where when selecting from a list of addresses on send test, or review and send, after selecting the first recipient, clicking to add additional recipients didn't work. Users would have to press enter to select the next recipient. Now, clicking (or pressing enter) will work to select additional recipients.
  • If a mailing contained angle bracket and quotes, the online version wouldn’t render properly. This is fixed!
