I've emailed support but unfortunately the links I was sent showed what looked like a page without any CSS:

Anyway... Due to the changes with the editor we've now had to revert to using the drag and drop editor, but by default it includes the 'standard' Emma footer.

How do I go about removing this? In the drag and drop editor 'Footer' just relates to the box above the Emma footer and when I hover over the Emma footer there is no option to delete it?

Hi there,
I know we've emailed about this, but I'll provide the information here so others can follow along if need be.

In order to access the footer of a template for editing, you'll need to open the template in the Assets area of your agency account and edit the code of the template. Head to the menu in the top right corner of your account and select "Assets". From there, you'll be able to edit any of the templates you've created as an agency, or create new ones- just use the dropdown menu to the right of the template listings and select "Edit this template".

Once you have a template open in the editor, you can select between HTML, Plaintext, and Code view toward the top right corner:

Simply enter the code view in the editor, and you'll have full editing capabilities for your template footers there.

I'll include our Template Builder Resources for you again- Videos can be found here, and the Resource Center guide is here.

Thanks so much, and I hope this helps!
