Is it possible to easily create a report that breaks down what emails the customers received in a given month. I'm looking to check the frequency and which emails they received.

Thanks!

Hello!

Nate from Support here! We have a variety of tools that should help you accomplish this. Are you looking to create a list of emails that just one contact received, or perhaps a list of multiple specific contacts and their response history? I've included a few general recommendations below that will get you started:

- If you're looking to determine which emails a specific contact in your audience has received, you can view that information by searching for the contact from your Audience page, opening the contact record and clicking on "Contact history". This will provide you with a breakdown of mailings sent to that particular contact and how they responded (open, clicked, etc.).

- You can use our Compare Mailings tool to view and compare the response data for multiple mailings in a given period of time.

- You can build a segment builder to  build dynamic searches in your audience based on specific criteria, including mailings received/opened within a specified period of time.

I hope this information helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

For example I'd like to see a file that contains the following:
  • Customer Info fields
  • Number of emails received in specified time frame (likely monthly)
  • Titles of emails received (and possible send date)

Hi again!

Thanks for getting back to me! We do not have a specific report that captures all of that information in one file, but you can use our segment builder, compare mailings tool, and general response information for each mailing to help gather up all of this data. I've included a few links to our Resource Center below which you may find helpful:
