I'm not seeing the same as you. Have you checked recently? It might have been a momentary blip.

Thanks,
Kyle

Currently, your mailings line goes from 0 to 80 mailings, but you sent well over that in July, so the sharp increase in sent mailings caused those numbers to chart "off the graph". Not to worry! As you send more consistently and there are some identifiable trends, the chart will update to accommodate those larger numbers.
Please let me know if you have any further questions Joel.

After some digging, what we've figured out is that the sending rate for your automated mailings has gone up significantly, to the point to where it is off the graph of averages as it is.
This is actually a bug in our system, which I have logged you as having experienced.
The good news is that as time passes and pushes those lower numbers off of your graph, you should start to see those numbers populating in the months that are currently missing.
Cheers!

Actually, this makes some sense to me now I guess.
Our website is running on WordPress and I am using the Gravity Forms plugin for our lead gen forms. Recently, I upgraded the Gravity Forms plugin to their Business License which allowed me to add their Emma email add-on.
Now, my web leads who complete the lead gen form are automatically added to one of my Emma automated campaigns which sends them a series of 3 welcome messages. That explains the dramatic uptick in mailings sent out.
It used to be that I imported a CSV file of the leads into Emma -- but of course, that did not trigger an automated welcome campaign.
I guess I was expecting the line graph to adjust to the maximum number of mailings each month rather than the cumulative average of monthly mailings. Maybe it is just me, but it does not seem very intuitive that the smaller monthly mailing numbers will have to be pushed off the chart due to old age/attrition before the larger numbers ever show up.
My 2-centavos worth ... thanks for the reply.

The bug that was fixed was that those mailings were being counted in that graph, so you are correct in saying that the graph now does NOT include those in total mailings.
