Response Reporting - Automated

After each mailing, my clients ask for the response report.  It's tedious.  When I setup the mailing, I wish I could . . . choose to have the Responses Report I want emailed to me - let's say 24 hours after the mailing drops.

Hi there -- We are always looking for ways to save you time and energy, especially in repeating tasks like pulling reports. We're working now to gather use cases around reporting types and functionality that would be helpful, so thank you for sharing!

In the meantime, I want to make sure you're familiar with the 24 hour email feature. This feature can be toggled for each sub-account on the Accounts page via the Turn features on/off button:



When the 24 hour email is turned on, it sends a Response summary to the sub-account (the email address on file for password resets) 24 hours after the mailing send. The summary includes the statistics and click map from the mailing response and gives a nice overview of the mailing performance at that point:



This could serve as a quick update for your clients as well as remind them that they can hop into the mailing to view the full response. 

While there isn't currently a way to send the 24 hour email to additional email addresses (like your own), it might eliminate some manual effort on your part.
