Response Trends Over Time

Screen says "Couldn't load plugin." Does anyone else have this issue right now? I've never had this pop up before. Everything else seems to work fine - just this section.

Hi there!   Thanks for reaching out! 

Are you still seeing that error pop up?  We're not having any issues here with that.  Also, it might be worth clearing your cache and deleting your cookies on your browser. If you're unsure how to clear your cache, you can search for instructions for your particular browser. Then you close out of your browser, restart your computer, and reopen your Emma account.

Once you clear those out and give it another shot, let me know if you're still having issues with that.
