I am using Google Chrome and it says that the graph is showing my mailings however, the graph is not showing up. Any suggestions?

Hi there - I'm glad you reached out!

I've worked through a similar problem where that graph wasn't visible at all to a user, and we got past it by making sure that Flash was enabled in their browser.

Luckily, you're using Google Chrome and there is an easy way to enable that setting. First, let's make sure we're logged in to your Emma account so the change can be put into effect. Once you're there, go ahead and click the "Secure" button that is just to the left of the URL bar. You'll see a new menu appear, and we want to scroll down until you find "Flash" and make sure it is set to "always allow on this site".

Now that you've made that change, give the page a refresh and see if that lets the response graph show up.

Thanks Anthony. Unfortunately Flash has already been enabled/allowed for this site. Any other suggestions?

Well, thanks for giving that a try!

Can you send a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? I just want to make sure I'm looking in the right place.

Thanks Anthony. Below is the screen I'm on. It looks like there is supposed to be a graph showing the response history but it's not showing up.

Can you view the console of Chrome to look for any errors there? That may be able to give us a clue as to what is preventing that graph from loading.

If you haven't done this before, you simply want to right-click anywhere on the page and hit Inspect. Once the sidebar shows up, look for the Console tab. If there are any errors occurring, they'd be highlighted in red.

Let me know what you find!
