Hi! We created e-mail invites to an upcoming event. We made a survey that serves us as RSVP-form. Its just a simple YES, NO, "Additional comments" kinda survey. Here's my question: when I send the email with the survey to someone, they RSVP and then forward the email to someone else, are those people able to RSVP to the email via the same link? OR will it direct them to the Thank You page, since the person we sent it already RSVP'd?

Hello there!

Thanks for writing. If your contacts are submitting the survey and then forwarding the mailing by way of the forward button in their inbox, then yes -- anyone they forward to will see the 'thank you' page when they click to take the survey.

There is a way to forward the mailing on to others and have a new survey display when the link is clicked. Your contacts will want to use the 'forward to a friend' feature, located in the footer of your mailings, instead of the forward button from the inbox.

The mailbox icon allows your contacts to forward the mailing on, and keep the survey function from tying to the original recipient. It also keeps your mailing's composition intact, since using the inbox's forward button can wreak havoc on the rendering of your email.

I hope this helps! Please reach back out if I can assist further!
