Salesforce add contact to Emma Group

I have several contacts I would like to add to a new Emma group. The contacts have very little in common, so I can't create a report with them first. I would like to add them individually. I've created the new Emma Group, and I have an "Add to New Group" button on each contact record that seems like it would do the trick. However, when I click it, I get an error: "Page AddToNewGroup does not exist ."

I'm baffled! Any ideas?

Hi Rhonda! We've seen this error surface in a few accounts that are using the Emma for Salesforce integration, and our teams are working on an update that should eliminate the error. We hope to have this ready very soon!

In the meantime, you could try adding the contacts individually within Salesforce by clicking on the Emma Group, then clicking the "New Emma Group Membership" button and adding each contact by name to the group. Be sure to click Save or Save & New after each entry.

Another alternative would be to add each contact into Emma using their email addresses. If you add them to an Emma Group that is syncing with Salesforce, their Salesforce record will be added to the group once the sync completes.

This article may help with adding and editing contacts inside of Emma! I hope this information helps, and thanks for your patience while we fix that error!
