Hi ,

We are currently using in one of the salesforce org.
Now, we are going to migrate to the new salesforce org, so we are migrating all the data and configurations of the current org to the new one. We have installed the Emma package in the new one.
I have questions for this:

  1. In Emma, how to change the Salesforce org connection from current production org to new one?
  2. What all the changes/setup we need in the salesforce org to make it work with the Emma?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Mayur,

Thanks for reaching out! If you are migrating to a new Salesforce org, we will have to install the Emma for Salesforce integration from the ground up in the new Salesforce org.

Because of the way the integration interacts with your data inside of Emma and Salesforce, we do not have the ability to change the connection from one Salesforce instance to another. Our team will have to reconfigure the integration in your new Salesforce instance.

You can find more information about our Emma for Salesforce Installation Service here.
