Disabling leads from Emma for Salesforce

Has this been addressed yet? -Right now, Salesforce integration creates a lead anytime someone subscribes to my Emma list. I think this should be a setting we can turn on or off. If we have alot of leads added to our list this clogs our salesforce leads panel, and since Emma doesn't itnegrate with campaign in salesforce this is useless functionality - since we're not following up with emma leads outside of email - and I doubt other people do either. I would remove this functionality, or make it an item that can be turned on or off. Should be simple as editing the workflow for the package that creates that leads. BUt I leave that up to you.

Hey Steven! The integration is designed to have a record in both Emma and Salesforce for any members in a synced group, so that the member info and response data can be mirrored in both platforms. We do have lots of users of the integration that don’t incorporate leads into their process, and for that very reason, our integration gives functionality to customize that process: you can chose to bypass leads and map straight to only contacts or you can even use a custom object for member mapping if you prefer. There’s not any work being done to change that functionality since having a record on both sides is to the two-way sync our entire integration is built on, but I’ll certainly get a feature request logged that’s tied to your account, outlining that you’d like the ability to be able to turn off the two-way sync and only have new member records generated when passing from Salesforce to Emma.
