Salesforce integration issues - Emma groups aren't syncing. Please resolve ASAP.

We are new to Emma and the Salesforce integration is imperative. I was told that I could create Emma groups based on SF reports. The integration is not working. It worked when I tested it a week ago, but now Emma groups are not being synced with SF. I create a group and add contacts from an SF report, but it never imports to Emma.  This is a huge problem that we need to be resolved immediately or we cannot send email - which is unnacceptable.
