Save Response as PDF not working

The option to save my Response summary as PDF has not worked for several days. It keeps timing out and I'm getting an error message "Oops, that wasn't supposed to happen." This is from the Save Response as PDF option at the top right of the Response summary page for a particular mailing. I'm on Chrome. The specific link is https://app.e2ma.net/app2/response/overview/14019832/ but I have encountered this same problem several times recently with several mailings. Thank you.

Hi there Collaborative for Children, 

It seems like you've stumbled on a bug that we've been working on.  It only effects certain customers and, luckily, it normally goes away in a few days on it's own.    

So keep trying, and I'm going to log your account as experiencing this particular bug so that when we get it resolved, I will reach back out here and let you know that we've got it fixed.

Thank you for your reply. I have indeed seen that this is intermittent. But it keeps happening. Last month, I had the same issue. I did eventually get to save my report but this month I have tried on and off for more than a week and have yet to successfully save my report. This is a huge issue for me. We pay a monthly fee for service, and it is unfortunate that this feature does not work. Do you have a timeline for when you think the issue will be resolved. "Keep trying" isn't really going to cut it -- I am spending a lot of time "trying" only to have it time out. Is there any other way for me to obtain the document I need? Thank you!

Hey there, 

I'm so sorry that we are continuing to have problems with this.  I agree that it is unfortunate that we're having trouble with it.  

Currently I don't have a time frame for this bug getting fixed, but I will reach out to you as soon as we do get it fixed.  

Unfortunately there is no other way right now to get you that document, apart from trying again.
