We’ll be performing necessary system maintenance from 4:00AM to 6:00AM US Central on Tuesday, October 13. 

Users may experience intermittent access to the Emma application and be required to log back in during this period. We recommend that you save any work if editing content within a campaign in your Emma account.

We will need to pause the sending of mailings and response data processing during this maintenance, but those activities will continue once this work is complete. Emma users will not need to take action.

Thanks for your understanding as we work to improve Emma!

This maintenance is being rescheduled for a later date in order to minimize system interruptions for our users. As with any scheduled maintenance, we will provide notification here in Emma Community once the optimal date and time have been determined.
