Scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, August 19th

On Wednesday, August 19th from 9:00 to 9:30PM US Central we will be performing scheduled maintenance here at Emma.

What should users expect?
Users should expect to see a minimum of a 15 minute interruption in service as the work does require that we take our system offline. Users who are logged in at the time of this maintenance should expect to be logged out and will be unable to continue there work until the maintenance is complete.  Any sending, or scheduled mailings will process as normal once this maintenance is complete. 

Want to know a little more about what we are doing? 

Emma uses a number of different systems. With this specific maintenance, we are upgrading the connection to one of these groups of systems to allow for a faster and more reliable link as the amount of data being accessed by Emma customers continues to increase.

We are experiencing problems sending out campaigns today. We have sent the same mailing twice..the first mailing showed zero deliveries, even though 152 were loaded. The second attempt never showed up. We obviously do not want to send a third time and are concerned about what happened. Can you please advise? Thanks!

Hi Frankeny Images -- The scheduled maintenance for tonight hasn't begun yet, so this is likely unrelated. I'm starting a new conversation for this issue so we can dig in accordingly!

Our maintenance for this evening is in progress but will take a bit longer to complete than we originally anticipated.

At present we expect this work to take about 30 more minutes. I am sorry for the unexpected delay. We will provide updates here as we continue to work and complete this maintenance.

We are nearing completion on tonight's maintenance. Users are able to login and work within the application as we work to button up the last task on our to do list.

Thanks for your patience as we performed this system maintenance. All work is now complete and users can continue working in Emma as normal.
