Scheduled Social Sharing Feature Not Working

We've been having this problem ever since we first started using myEmma.

It is very important to our business that our emails are shared correctly via our social media platforms but myEmma fails almost every time.

This latest time we scheduled an email on New Years Day at 4:00 pm that was scheduled to share on our business facebook page at 8:00 pm and our twitter at 5:00 pm.

The email sent out as scheduled at 4:00 pm 1/1/16, but our facebook share posted on New Years Eve 12/31/15 at 8:00 pm along with our twitter post at 5:00 pm BEFORE our email even sent out!

Not to mention, the facebook share also posted on my employer's personal facebook page instead of our business profile.

We have this problem every time we try to do the social sharing feature. I know there is a way to copy and paste the webview link into our own posts but we try to schedule these shares when we are not in the office so it is very inconvenient to do it manually.

We've also tried in the past to disconnect and reconnect our facebook and twitter pages from myEmma, as was suggested the previous times we have had this problem, but nothing ever seems to make this work correctly.

Please let us know what else we can do to make this feature actually work.

We are currently unhappy with this program and are considering moving on to a new email program if we cannot resolve these issues.

Hey folks!  I know this one has been around for a while, but we have put out a fix for bug wherein Scheduled social posts were posting to the personal page instead of the intended business page.

The workaround for this was to schedule from the Response page instead of from the Send Confirmation Screen.

You should see that working properly now!

Thanks for your patience with this.  Cheers!
