We have individuals who need to read our newsletters via screen reader, as they are sight impaired. The graphics don't have an alt tag and it gives a really long string of letters and numbers before they can get to the actual message. How do we work with that to ensure every population can successfully read our messages? This feedback was recently given to us via email from a good community partner.

Greg with Emma Support here!

You can definitely add alternate text to an image in your mailing!

To do so, click on the image in the editor.
This will pull up the screen where you can give the image alternate text (along with giving it a link, if you'd like).
Don't forget to click Save once you're done.

The following link to our Resource Center gives more info on working with images in Emma.
