script not loading on campaign tab

The our Marketing Assistant of the company has been having trouble with loading the campaigns page using his desktop. It shows up as what's shown below. On his computer, he is using Firefox 56.0.2 64-bit and internet explorer 11.0.9600.18762IS. This happens on both web browser. Unfortunately, google chrome is not an option. We tried updating IE to the latest version and updating java, and still end out with the same results. It seems like a script that isn't load for some strange reason.




The strange part is that he is able to get to the campaigns page to load using firefox on his laptop. However, he is not able to get it to load using IE on that exact same laptop.

Phillip from Emma Support here! I hate to hear that your co-worker is having some issues in-app, but knowing this issue localized to his computer definitely narrows the number of potential issues. Here are my suggestions:

- use Firefox exclusively if possible
- clear your cache and cookies
- disable flash
- disable plugins and extensions
- Just to be safe, try a different network to see if you can replicate. If so, it's something specific to the machine and if not, it's a network issue.
- check with your IT team for possible security measures that could affect usage.
