I'm trying to create a segment from a group with over 2,000 Contacts called Welcome Series. They have all come in to Emma through our "Website Signup Form". However, when I select "Signed up" "At any time" with the "Website signup form", I get 0 Contacts. When I select "Any Sign up form" I get 26. I should get them all.
Is there something about "Signed Up" that is not being triggered by our sign up form? I am using Chrome.

Thanks.

Hello!

Would you be able to provide the sub account you are working in as well as the segment name you are working on? I can take a look to see if anything stands out!

Also, would your welcome series group be an import from a sheet as opposed to form sign ups? Is the signup form your audience members are going through an Emma form?

I'll keep an eye out for your response, thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. This is the FSG account.  The segment is called "Test Rolling Signups". The group is created from our website through an Emma form called "Website signup form".

Hi Mary, would you be able to also post where the signup form is located on your site? I can perhaps take a look at the form itself!

Thanks!

The signup form is a simple email field which you can see on the home page under the hero image or in the footer of www.fsg.org

Thanks,

Mary

Hi Mary,

This looks like a custom form integrated into your website, not an included Emma signup form from your Emma account.

Because of this, the 'Signed Up' parameter would not apply. This only looks for contacts that were signed up using an Emma form from within your account (found in audience > forms ).

If your team has an integration setup that is bringing people over from your site into your Emma account, my suggestion would be to create a segment based on 'contact since' and put the desired time range.

This will show new contacts regardless of source within a specific range of time.

I hope this helps clarify, let me know if I can answer any questions on this!

Thanks!

Zach
