Sender name & email address won't retain - test keeps reverting to a past sender/email. Help!

We have replaced the sender/sender email multiple times in a draft campaign, saved, and then tested. The tests keep arriving from a past sender/sender email. What are we doing wrong? Or is this a glitch? Thanks. Browser is Chrome, and email server is professional gmail (so gmail accounts with business domain, both for sending and test receiving).

Hi there,

I am happy to help you out with this. Are you changing the info in the Sender info when you send the test? The info will be retained from the copy before if you don't change it there. Give that a try and see if it holds.
