Sending an email puts all contacts sent to in the error category

I have been trying to send out our July newsletter for a couple of weeks now.  It went from June Newsletter to now July.  Every time I send a test it will not send out to anyone I put in the send to category.  It will, however, put all those emails in the error category.  I am using Firefox.  I have made a copy of the newsletter and tried to send it again.  No luck there.  I have sent to Gmail, Yahoo, personal business email addresses and nothing.  I have also tried this on different computers and on internet explorer.  I did send a untitled message with nothing but the template chosen in it and it went through many days later.  I think it still but my email back into the error category after it was delivered.  Strange things are happening.

Hi there!   Thanks for reaching out!  It looks like the issue stems from using a public domain SENDER address.

You've got a Yahoo address set as the Sender address, which will cause delivery issues.  You'll need to use a Private Domain sender address (like your YoungLife email address).

Before resending, you'll want to move those error contacts back to active status.

For a bit more information on WHY you can't use Public Domain addresses, see this article from our Resource Center:  https://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Center/Help_articles/Yahoo%2C_AOL_changes_affect_your_deliverabili...

Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Any reason why I don't have any options when wanting to delete contacts?

Hey there!   Can you give me a bit more detail on what you're looking at here?

If you're having issues with the Actions button, we are having issues with that button in Firefox and Internet Explorer.  You'll need to use Chrome or Safari.

Also important to point out, our vernacular has changed a bit and "Delete" is now referred to as "Archive" .  The functionality is the same, just the name has changed.

Let me know if I can help clarify anything else!
