Sending email from myemma to my ISA + GFI email server, I received an email appended with 'Sending mail server found on bl.spamcop.net' and went to junk box. Could you, myemma, work with GFI to fix this issue. Thanks

Hi there -- I'm going to chat with my delivery team to see if this is something we have any influence over. I'll check back here when I know more!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our delivery team monitors Emma's IPs for blacklistings and works to resolve them as quickly as possible. In this case, it looks like one of your messages got caught up in one of these events. GFI is just referencing a 3rd party blacklist (SpamCop) here, so there's no need to contact them directly. Our delivery team will work with SpamCop directly if needed. At this time, it appears that our issue with SpamCop has been resolved.
