Filter response data averages by campaign type (individual or group)

My client uses the same "club" email over and over to send to one person at a time and gets 100% open rate. She also sends marketing emails to a large subscriber list. When looking at overall scores and statistics, the club email skews the results. Is there a way to put the club email in a separate folder/area so their stats are not part of the analyses of the marketing emails?

Thanks!

Hi Jean -- Great question! Just to be sure I'm tracking with you here, are you referring to the monthly open and click rate averages reported on Home, here?

If so, can you tell me a bit more about how you're envisioning this type of sorting feature? Would you like to see them side-by-side or would you prefer to be able to toggle between them for a cleaner look? There isn't currently any sorting or filtering built into Home, but I'd love to take your Idea back to my Product Team!

Hi Emily -

I'd like to see correct Mailing scores for the emails we send. The same emails, sent to one person every few days, skews the results. If they could be divided out from the marketing emails with many recipients, the data would be more accurate.

Two additional higher level tabs here:

Above drag and drop editor, a new higher level with tabs for (1) Campaigns and (2) "Individuals" or some such name.

Then the menu in the image above would be a submenu when you click the higher level tab, each of the two higher level tabs with their own submenus.

Each higher level tab would have its own stats, setup, etc.

The emails that are sent repeatedly to one recipient at a time would sit in "Individuals". Maybe separate templates available.

The reason my client sends her subscription, cancels, renewal etc letters through MyEmma is to integrate the survey forms.

Ok - that helps me to visualize what you're looking for here! I'm curious though, if the additional tabs you mention would be more helpful on the Response page, or in addition to the Campaigns page, since it's the metrics you're ultimately looking to isolate.

What I like about having the "individual" emails separate is that they are such a different thing from marketing emails. It is hard to scan down the page of "Sent" emails with a combination of emails with one recipient and marketing emails to many recipients. Something about my sense of organization wants them separated out completely from my marketing campaigns.

Ok - I'm following. I think we might be talking about two different requests here:

1. You'd like to be able to sort campaigns by send group/recipients/purpose, etc. You might add a note about that use case to this conversation, where we're talking about tagging and sorting campaigns!
2. You'd like to be able to filter response data (averages) by campaign type (individual or group).

Sound good?
