Session timeouts today

Hello,

I've had two session time-outs today when I have been actively working on emails, and I don't generally have this problem. Has something changed in the way sessions are closed?

I'm on Chrome in Windows 8.1 Enterprise.

Hi Denise -- So sorry for the inconvenience here! We haven't changed anything on our end, so let's see if we can identify what else could have changed.

Did you recently install that version of your Chrome browser? Let's first try clearing the cache & cookies in Chrome to see if that will reset things. You'll want to completely close the brower after that and open a brand new session. If that doesn't do the trick, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the browser.
