Set an automated workflow to start or expire on a specific day

One more suggestion... I can't see a way to set up a Workflow to start (or expire) on a specific day and time. You could do these with triggers - so that a "welcome" edition email could kick in on a certain date, replacing the old welcome edition.

Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: What happened to Trigger Event option at Review & Send?.

Hello again! This idea isn't currently planned, though we'll keep an eye on the requests and votes for this.

Thank you for sharing. :)

Couldn't you add a date variable in your import list for the start date and plan the drip so that they end on the same day?

Hi Beth -- I think I need a bit more information here to fully understand what you're looking for.

Are you looking to end a workflow on one day and have another start on the same day? If so, would you want those workflows to go to the same people, or different people? Is the goal to essentially update the mailing in the same workflow?

I'd love an example of what you're looking for here!
