Several Emma errors in Salesforce

I see several errors in the log that say:
"You've exceeded the limit of 100 jobs in the flex queue for org xxxxx. Wait for some of your batch jobs to finish before adding more. To monitor and reorder jobs, use the Apex Flex Queue page in Setup."

Will the jobs Salesforce blocked eventually be added to the queue and synced up?  I see a lot of them so I'm a little concerned things are fully syncing.

Thanks,
Justin

Hello!

This seems to be more on the Salesforce side of the equation but I was able to find a help document on the Apex Flex Queue specifically within Salesforce's documentation:

https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=code_apex_flex_queue.htm&type=0

It looks like 100 is the max and feeds to a batch, what your suggesting is a possibility. If you are concerned that Emma calls are maxing out this queue alone we can certainly take a deeper look. We would just need you to provide support access to your Salesforce account and know the expiration date. The explanation for this process can be found here:

https://support.e2ma.net/Resource_Center/Guide_to_Integrations/Emma_for_Salesforce%3A_Support_Access

Let us know how we can help!

Thanks,

Zach
Hi,
I allowed access for a week to Salesforce.  Any light you can shed on those errors would be great.  (We have other errors, but I can see they're related to missing name fields.)

Thanks,
Justin

Hey Justin,

We're looking into it now. I'm going to circle up with some colleagues for us to take a deeper look. Is there an email address that works best for follow up?

Thanks!

Zach
