Can audience lists be shared between sub accounts?  Can specific lists be shared between the accounts?

That's a great question. The current answer is no, there is not a built-in Emma function that would let you share lists between sub-accounts that you manage. You would need to import them into each sub-account as you would any normal list.

The good news is that I can confirm we are looking into building a feature that would allow a workflow like this. We've been tracking this type of feedback and I can definitely see the use cases for being able to share and manage audiences at the admin level.

Stay tuned for more info on that!

Hi Phil,

We don't have anything built out specifically to do this within the app, though our Technical services team has built out some specific setups for some of our agency clients based on their specific needs.  If you'd be interested in talking to someone about what you need and what it would cost to build out, I'd be glad to get you in touch with someone.

Would love to see this feature implemented as right now we are getting double if not triple counted/charged for the same active contacts as they are in multiple sub-accounts. This was very misleading when we signed a contract with Emma and are now being charge with overage fees.
