Sign-up form 'Change when it's used' isn't working

I am trying to change which sign-up form is used at the bottom of my emails. I go to the sign-up form and select "Change when it's used" (see screenshot 1). I then check all boxes in the pop-up (see screenshot 2). When I click save, I receive screenshot 3: Msg: NOT FOUND. I've tried checking only one box in the pop-up, no luck. This happens in both Chrome and Firefox. Please help!

Hi Beth -- Thanks for surfacing this. You're running into a bug in the application that causes the "change when it's used" feature of signup forms to not work with our new templates, which is effectively all of our templates. Obviously that's not super helpful to you! This feature was really designed to work with our stationeries, a product of our classic editor, so this is really a deprecated feature that we will likely remove. 

That being said, you always have the option to select which signup form will send with your mailing at the point of send, from the review and send panel!
