Hi There,
I just hopped on over to your site and tried signing up and am not seeing my signup in the account. I then put the signup form on a testing site that we have and was able to successfully sign up and add myself to the account. I did notice that when I try to sign up on the website, as soon as I hit the submit button it reloads the page, as opposed to redirecting my to the thank you page like it should, so it seems like there is another script that is affecting the functionality of the signup form.

I would recommend commenting the other scripts on the page out one at a time and see if you can get the signup from to go through.

Let me know what else I can do to help with this!

Hi There,
I just wanted to pop in and see if you were still having trouble with your signup form.

I've commented out almost everything I can access that isn't in the cms, and the form doesn't process. I've even moved it to another site I run for this client, and the same thing happens. So, it appears there is something fundamental to the CMS script library that is conflicting with your JS.

I've reverted to an iFrame, but it appears as though there is no way to control any styles in your frame. This includes the form-top-message content, which I would prefer to hide entirely.

.signup-form {
    background-color: transparent!important;
    font-family: "Open Sans", "open-sans", sans-serif!important;
}
.form-top-message {
    margin-bottom: 0px!important;
    display: none!important;
}

Hi Mike,
Have you tried adding the style inline to the iframe?
