Single mailing to multiple lists, coming from list owners and defaulting to company when there are duplicate contacts?

Hi... if I want to send our newsletter to people who have opted in to receive information, as well as to individual mailing lists imported from members of our team, is there a way to segment the mailings, so the email looks like it is coming from their name? We are sending a corporate mailing to clients and want the email to come from the contact owner. In the case where a client is owned by two different people in their mailing lists, the hope is that Emma could dedupe this and the email would default to our company as the sender. Does that make sense? Is this possible? I started to export the opt in list to merge it with our broker contact lists outside of Emma to manually dedupe, and then was planning to import our team's individual client contact lists with their name in a field for reference... before I do that I wondered if there is another way? Thanks!

Hi there -- There isn't currently a way for Emma to predict which sender email address you want to use based on a contact's group. What you can do is change the sender email address at the point of send on the Review and Send page. So, you could send to each contact owner's list separately and designate their email address as the sender.

Emma will only dedupe lists when you send to those lists at the same time, so if a contact exists in two groups and you want to send to them only once with a specific sender address, you may need to do some of that deduplication on your end before importing the lists.
