Some users are unable to access the Settings and Billing account page

We have discovered that some users may be unable to access the settings
and billing section of their Emma accounts.

At present we believe this is related to changes that our secure third party billing service made in response to recent vulnerability discoveries with SSL version 3.0. (SSL is the protocol that allows secure transactions across the Internet.)  Our development team is exploring a fix for this as I type.

Emma is also taking action to disable SSLv3 support on our system. We have posted details on that plan here.

Just a quick update here.  We have made a change to our Settings and Billing page. That portion of your account should now load as expected.
