My favorite part of community management is connecting Emma users with one another to tap into their unique knowledge. You’re savvy about the API, delivery, HTML, WordPress and more, and we’re all gathered around the common purpose of improving our email marketing abilities.

I’m learning from you daily, and below is some of the best advice you’ve shared with one another the past few months:

Higher-than-normal bounce rate
Stephanie spotted that her mailing bounce rates were higher than she was used to seeing, and Ted – our newest Emma Champion! – helped her find that there was a Comcast issue at the time of her mailing.

WordPress help
Lorin wanted to have two forms on the same WordPress integration, and Craig with OrgSpring pointed her to the answer.

Embedding a survey
Emma user barcharts hoped to embed a survey in a website, and Claire pointed out that a signup form might be a better option.

Add a contact to multiple groups at once
Girls Leadership Institute looked for a speedier way to add one contact to many groups at once, and Ardisam suggested using our API to achieve this.

Export all mailings and analytics
Alpha Gamma Delta hoped to export all of their past mailings and response data for their records, and Matt and Brandi shared tips and screenshots of the types of reporting they do.

Edit a scheduled mailing
Poppy Store needed to make some changes to a scheduled mailing, and Bookpage and Ted both jumped in with the steps.
