Thanks for reaching out! When you say that spell check isn’t working for you, can you tell me a little more about what you mean there?

Are you pressing the spell check button and nothing is happening? Or is it missing words that you expected for it to pick up?

The spell check feature in our editor isn’t automated, meaning that you need to click the button on the toolbar in order to activate it:

Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Hello,
Sorry I wasn’t clearer. When I press the spell check button, nothing happens, except the anchors I have in the section I am spell checking disappear! No spelling errors are being highlighted, I’ve tested it.

Best,
Sally

Thanks for that info, Sally! Can you tell me the name of the campaign you’re working on? I’d like to hop into your account to do some testing.

Hey, Sally! Thanks to your helpful reporting, we’ve determined that this is a bug in our application. Using spell check on a content block that contains anchor links will remove the anchors.

Your case is now logged as the first report, and we’ll start logging other instances of this so that our developers can prioritize for a fix. I’ve made a note in your account and will keep you updated here when I have more news. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
