An email that I sent with split test subject lines has not been sent to the 80% of emails that where not part of the split test. They have been stuck "in progress" for two weeks!

Hi there! I can definitely shed some light on this inquiry.

In regards to your "50% Grooming Conversion // JAN" mailing, I pulled up the split test details and can see that mailing was setup as a manual split test, instead of auto-sending the winning subject line.

Since the coupon in that mailing is still valid for a few more weeks, you can still get that mailing sent out by manually selecting the desired subject line. Just head to that mailing's response overview, click the "Split Test" tab, and click "Send this variation" next to the subject line you've chosen.

Just let me know if you have any follow-up questions here, and I would be happy to help!

Is there an automated version of this? That auto-selects the version with the highest open-rate and uses that version to send the rest of the emails? Sounds like that would be a nice option to have, even if it's not the default functionality of the split-test tool.

The automated version of that IS the default setting.  It is set to send after 4 hours of testing.
