Split Test is not working

I set up a split test tonight so I could use up more of my April emails.  It currently shows that out of over 15,000 recipients, no one has opened it. Further more, it says that when the split test finishes, the remaining 0 recipients will receive the winning option.  This has never happened before.  I do split tests all the time for many years and it's never failed to work.  Right now though, I'm not seeing anything coming through and April ends in 3 hours.  Please help!
